Connaught Resourcing is a specialist health and social care recruitment and services agency that works in partnership with private and third sector clients, meaning all work undertaken will fall outside of the new IR35 legislation.

We have an extensive network of 111 providers, and senior contacts within them. We recruit clinical advisors and call handlers on a national basis, to support the delivery of the 111 service.

We are currently recruiting Pathways Trained Call Handlers on behalf of our client based in West London.

There are a range of hours available from part time to 50+ hours, our client is particularly interested to hear from candidates who have availability in the evenings and over the weekend, although the call centre is open 24 hours per day.

All candidates will be required to complete a three day local induction prior to booking shifts.

Please note you must already be Pathways Trained to qualify for this role.

To be considered for this role you will need to fulfil the following criteria:

* You are fully trained on the latest version of Pathways
* You are currently working as a trained Call Handler within this setting or have taken a call within the last 6 months
* Due to the nature of the role you must be completely flexible and be able to work days, nights and weekends.

Please note there are also permanent roles available if this is your preference - starting salary is £19,000 plus out of hours enhancements.
