Job Summary

Care UK is looking for a tenacious In-house Recruiter. You will have a genuine passion for recruitment and placing the right person. You will work autonomously with your own set of job families whilst teaming up with the team to help develop compelling brand and attraction campaigns and sourcing strategy. Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the secondary care resourcing team you will be expected to: • Liaise with key stakeholders including hiring managers to understand the requirements for all assigned vacancies • Utilise online resources such as job-board databases and social networking sites to identify and make contact with appropriately qualified candidates • Build a network of contacts within recruitment agencies and ensure they are equipped to represent Care UK professionally when their services are required • Ensure the effective utilisation of the applicant tracking system (Talent Link) to capture and manage all candidates • Screen all applicants for all assigned vacancies in sufficient detail to ensure that all shortlisted candidates meet the requirements of the role • Maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring process in order to minimise the risk of candidates withdrawing their application
