Your new role
You will be responsible for building campus relationships, recruiting for summer interns and graduate hires and serving as the point person for these programs. You will also be responsibilities for coordinating campus recruitment efforts (marketing/brand awareness, campus efforts, interviews, etc.). You will also conducting first round interviews, managing the on-site interview process and taking an active role in coordinating the programs in their entirety. An important component of the role is to partner with various internal business to coordinating participation, rotation assignments, feedback and the matching and offer processes. The main part of this role is building relationships with the universities to establish a the company's graduate schemes.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have previous experience from a financial or professional services firm or from an agency background looking to move in house.
