Recruiter (Marketing / Support Services) - London - £40,000
Experienced Recruiter required by this pioneering global technology player who are masters in their industry. Owing to enormous growth, there is a need for a Central Support Services recruiter with excellent stakeholder management skills to directly source (mostly) a range of mid and senior level roles across marketing, but also across other support services areas.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will have a strong operational focus and will probably be coming to the role with a blend of both agency and in-house experience. On the marketing side you will ideally have strong experience of large marketing function hires (understanding subscriptions, affiliates, partnerships, retention, win back etc) and will work with hiring managers to proactively plan and execute the recruitment strategy for each role. In sourcing each vacancy, you will work with existing talent pools, creatively work across social media, and from time to time, manage agency relationships to ensure that you are championing "best in class" recruitment for all parties involved.
