Due to our on-going growth within our Contingent Solution (CWS), we are looking for Resourcing Specialists (Recruiters) to be part of a new implementation and the on-going service delivery and evolution for a new key client.

The role of the Resourcing Specialist (Recruiter) is to deliver seamless recruitment delivery to the client in accordance with agreement levels, whilst managing the full end to end recruitment process. This will be a role focused on high volume hiring and will be a key point of contact for both the remote sourcing team and client stakeholders. This is a dynamic and fast paced role which would suit a resilient and delivery focused individual.

Position Requirements

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the initial recruitment plan call with the hiring manager whilst ensuring that relevant team members are present. Document recruitment requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
  • Work alongside, share expertise and develop the sourcing strategy with hiring managers throughout the selection process
  • Communicate and work alongside the sourcing team to ensure requirements are met with screening and shortlisting whilst flagging any potential challenges.
  • Ensure candidates are tracked properly on the ATS
  • Management of the candidate experience
  • Responsible for delivering to target start dates
  • Compliant with the relevant legislations for areas of work

Position Requirements

  • Demonstrable recruitment experience either in-house/agency/RPO
  • Ability to work within a fast paced highly targeted environment
  • Experience of working with recruitment technology and databases
  • Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders to take necessary action
  • Knowledge of Contingent Recruitment is highly beneficial but not necessary
  • Fluent in English both orally and written
