This is an excellent career opportunity for a generalist recruitment consultant to move across to the specialist sector and to develop and grow an existing client portfolio which services clients in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Leicestershire. Our client has an enviable, established reputation and requires an additional high calibre individual to help further develop this success.
The role consists of resourcing long term temporary and permanent staff, interviewing and selection, negotiating placements and surrounding issues with both existing and new customers. You should be confident in meeting and presenting to new clients and should be able to identify and recruit appropriate new candidates in line with job descriptions from both private and public sector clients. This particular role is focused on developing long term relationships with clients, and resourcing candidates for them. NOT hard, cold sales.
We would be interested to hear from suitably experienced recruiters or resourcers but our client is also open to applications from suitably experienced applicants with proven experience in a customer facing role who can display a genuine desire to break in to specialist recruitment.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
