FMC Global Talent works with some of the world’s most exciting brands, from software giants to F1 teams. Our success has come from standing out from the crowd in the competitive recruitment market. Our unique approach is possible because of the amazing people that work here. We look for ambitious people with an entrepreneurial flair that through hard work and supported development can progress quickly.
There are lots of reasons that it’s great working at FMC Global Talent Bristol.
Bonus schemes, gadgets and cars
We reward all our recruiters with the opportunity to receive a bonus straight away, as well as this you’ll receive a company mobile. As you progress to Account Manager (our quickest progression from recruiter to ACM is just 6 months!) you’ll get an iPad and company car allowance to help you out on the all-important client meetings.
Investment in you
If you’re committed to progressing at FMC, we’ll invest in you through hands on development, training and external qualifications… helping you be the best you can be.
Company culture, environment, and fun stuff
Our Bristol office is located in Portishead, ideally positioned with easy access to the M5. A great location and quirky office which includes the office pool table (you’ll have to beat the reigning champion). Our company events are always epic and much envied. We’ve ridden Segways, tackled Tough Mudder, shot each other with paint balls and even clambered over Snowdon. As well as this, we are well known for playing regular target incentivised games with cool prizes!
Holiday, pension and healthcare scheme
All our employees get 25 days as standard (extra if you get hitched one year), you’ll be part of our contributory pension scheme, matched up to 10% by us, plus optional healthcare.
The recruiter role
As a recruiter, you will support your account manager in the sourcing, attracting and vetting of top calibre candidates in your specialist field. Your job will be to drive commercial outputs from your
interactions with candidates. If you succeed here, with our support you will quickly progress to a more senior role where you will start to develop your own client base and specialism!

Ideally you’ll have a degree at 2:2 or above… or a year to two sales experience. However, we really look for these characteristics in all the people we hire:
• Ability to sell is a must
