Our Lincoln office is located just off Doddington Road, ideally positioned with easy access to the A46. A great location and quirky office which includes the office table tennis (you’ll have to beat the reigning champion). Our company events are always epic and much envied. We’ve ridden Segways, tackled Tough Mudder, shot each other with paint balls and even clambered over Snowdon. As well as this, we are well known for playing regular target incentivised games with cool prizes!
Holiday, pension and healthcare scheme

The recruiter role
As a recruiter, you will support your account manager in the sourcing, attracting and vetting of top calibre candidates in your specialist field. Your job will be to drive commercial outputs from your
interactions with candidates. If you succeed here, with our support you will quickly progress to a more senior role where you will start to develop your own client base and specialism!
Who are we looking for?
Ideally you’ll have a degree at 2:2 or above… or a year to two sales experience. However, we really look for these characteristics in all the people we hire:
• Ability to sell is a must
• Commercial acumen
• First class communication skills
