Ailsa Response are a specialist agency that recruit staff for the health & social care sector. We are delighted to be adding to our team and are looking for a recruiter to assist with the recruitment of care staff.
The role will be working from our Glasgow office Monday to Friday.
For this position we are looking for an individual who has experience within the care sector either as a recruiter or as a care worker.
You will be comfortable dealing with a variety of people, talking to prospective new candidates and interviewing candidates. You will understand what makes a good carer and will appreciate the importance of recruiting the highest calibre of staff.
You will be recruiting for carers, senior carers, support workers and mental health workers and should have an understanding of the skills and qualifications required for such positions.
In the job itself you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, ensuring all compliance is met and booking candidates onto training.
You will be part of an existing, experienced team and will receive lots of support and training. This role also offers the opportunity for career progression.
