Creative Support is a thriving and progressive national Charity, with a passion for delivering high-quality and person-centred services which promote the personal development of the people who use them.

We are looking for a warm, approachable and motivated individual to work alongside our Service Manager to provide an outcome-focused support service for people over the age of 18 who need housing relating support, specifically supported accommodation, to enable them to benefit from:

•             Improved mental health
•             Tenancy sustainment
•             Maximisation of independent living skills
•             Preparation for move-on to an independent tenancy
•             Better money management/debt and arrears reduction
•             Better management of substance misuse issues
•         Development of daily living skills.

You must have skills in positive communication, engagement and advocacy. You will need to provide person-centred housing related support for a maximum of 1 year to adults with mental health needs in an accommodation setting. You will have a key oversight of the cases of support workers and be responsible for ensuring that outcomes are maximised. You will also ensure that service users achieve timely move-on through the service and meet contract requirements.
