This role will require you to ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered in an effective, efficient manner reflecting the overall philosophy of the service. You will be the primary patient advocate following surgery, ensuring that you monitor patients when they are still under the effects of anaesthesia when in the post-anaesthesia care unit (PACU). You will be responsible for Initial Care, Patient Monitoring and Pain Intervention.
The pay rate for this locum Anaesthetic Nurse job is £37,000 per annum and is a permanent contract to work 40 hours per week. The hospital is open 7 days a week and the working pattern will include four 10 hour days per week. Please note that you may be required to work some weekends.
Benefits include 20 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays), a 1% pension contribution and a childcare voucher scheme. You will also have the option of working overtime when you desire where a rate of 'time and a half' will be received.

Requirements of the Recovery Nurse role:
- You must be a registered nurse with the NMC,
- You must be trained in critical care
- You must have skills in patient monitoring
- Previous experience within cosmetics is desirable
