Your new role
In your new role as Records Coordinator you'll work as part of the Document Management System project team reporting directly to the Project Manager. You'll be responsible for the development and implementation of effective document lifecycle management, in line with the upcoming General Data Protection Regulation legal obligations.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will possess sound knowledge of various document management systems ideally including SharePoint and Invu. A good knowledge of document and records lifecycle management including retention and disposal policies paired with experience in presenting complex information to senior stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
In return you'll be offered an initial 9 month fixed term contract paying an annual salary of £35,000 pro-rata.
