I am very pleased to be recruiting for the Records Department of a large NHS organisation at their offices in Bowthorpe.

The role will initially be to locate and collate patient records; this will entail paying great attention to detail.You will be required to frequently handle large volumes of case notes of varying size during the course of your duties; this will involve manual handling of patients’ case notes requiring sustained periods of physical effort and the use of basic items of moving and handling equipment whilst working in a large warehouse style facility.

You will join a friendly and professional team on a temporary basis to cover a busy spell for potentially 12 weeks but this could be extended if needed. The hours during training will be 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. However once competent in the role the shifts could vary to either 11:30am - 8pm or 13:30 - 22:00.
