File Clerk - Records Assistant
My client, based in the Chesterfield area is seeking to recruit a Full Time Records Assistant / File Clerk on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate must have a previous administration background, experience of working in a customer-facing role and possess excellent communication and organisation skills.
**Please note that this position is a very physical role, so please keep in mind when applying for the position as you will be on your feet all day **
Experience of working in a similar environment will be considered an advantage
The role involves the following duties:
*Working Monday to Friday between 08.30am - 17.00pm
*Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
*Filing case notes and records
*Have an understanding of data protection and maintain confidentiality at all times.
*To store records appropriately in secure locations.
*Using a bespoke system to update information when required
*Any other associated administration duties
*Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times
