Temporary Full Time Reconciliation Assistant, Carlisle, 37.5 hours per week

A reputable, business solutions company based in Carlisle are recruiting for a full time temporary Reconciliation Assistant to work within their accounts team.
Your new role
Based within their payroll team your main responsibilities will include processing reconciliations of client payroll data, building and maintaining relationships with clients - delivering excellent levels of customer service, completing work activities and tasks in line with service level expectations and working to deadlines as well as other ad hoc administrative tasks. Duration of this role is approximately 6 months however there is a chance for the role to extend/become permanent for the right candidate.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 12 months recent experience within a similar paid role. You will be a professional team player who is able to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines. You will be flexible with regards to duties and be able to problem solve. You will have a keen attention to detail and be used to high volume reconciliation work. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer focus. You will ideally have payroll experience however this is not essential.
