Reconciliation Administrator (6 Month Fixed Term Contract) - £17,500, Leeds!

My client is a financial services company seeking an administrator to reconcile client accounts and payments whilst dealing with transfer processing as per instruction by the client.

You will be offered a 6 months fixed term contract to work Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700, parking facilities are available as is the chance to work in a professional environment with the chance of permanency and progression.

Duties: -

Processing and produce reconciliations of BACS collection files, BACS receipts and BACS deals
Carry out source of funds check for all required receipts
Carry out daily reconciliations identify and correct any discrepancies
Monitor receipt of prices and manually validate prices on the system where necessary

Skills & Experience Required

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate good processing experience ideally gained from the financial services / banking industry. Any reconciliation / accounts and finance experience would be ideal however an accurate numerate position previously will be considered. You must be immediately available for work, have GCSE C+ in Maths and English to succeed with your application for this role.
