Link Asset Services currently has a fantastic career opportunity available for a Reconciliations Administrator to join our Regulated team. This is a great opportunity for team players, with some reconciliation experience, who are flexible to meet the demands of the role and can deliver excellent customer service to our internal customers.

What being a Reconciliation Administrator involves:

  • Perform a variety of reconciliations for the Regulated Reconciliations Team on a daily basis
  • Answer queries from our internal customers and relevant departments within the business
  • Ensure all exceptions are logged in the required systems and raised to the relevant business team with effective communication
  • Maintain control sheet and issue to business areas for confirmation
  • Assist with the compilation of daily and monthly MI for onward distribution to key stakeholders
  • Scanning of completed reconciliations where performed on excel
  • Show a high level of risk awareness
  • Show a willingness to question why a process is performed as is and challenge to ensure best practice is employed
  • Assist with the completion and verification of the monthly CMAR submission
  • High level of risk awareness
  • Maintain personal training logs
  • Willingness to study and pass the IOC examinations
Qualifications

Skills and Qualities you will need:

  • Experience of reconciliations preferable

  • Knowledge of CASS 7 preferable

  • Understanding of regulation preferable

  • Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) preferred but not essential

  • Good level of IT Skills (Inc. Excel & MS office package)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Highly numerate
