Reconciliation Accountant

Responsibilities include;

  • Responsibility for transfer of cash & stock reconciliations into company system, drive forward with the project.
  • Coordinate with external parties on data collection
  • Run parallel testing of company output versus existing reconciliation process
  • Coordinate with reconciliation team to design matching rules
  • Document procedures and controls around new processes
  • Provide admin support to the Investment Operations team
  • Develop full understanding of processes building strong working relationships within the business
  • Reconciliation process quarterly investigating any significant differences
  • Undertake detailed reconciliation work to improve control within the balance sheet
