Receptionist - Secondary School - Redbridge - November 3rd Start

The Role

As the school's Receptionist, your duties will include:

  • Managing the school's front desk and welcoming visitors
  • Answering telephone calls and handling general enquiries
  • Supporting administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with staff, students, and parents in a professional manner

Requirements

We are looking for a Receptionist who:

  • Has previous reception or administrative experience (school experience is essential)
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office; experience with SIMS would be beneficial
  • Holds First Aid training (desirable)
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is punctual, presentable, and professional at all times
