Adecco are looking for friendly and professional receptionists to support our client within the Stafford area on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a fantastic service at a front reception desk with duties including greeting customers, assisting with queries face to face and over the phone, transferring calls to the correct department and using the computer system to input notes/update information if necessary.
The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with the ability to communicate well, resolving and assisting with queries in a timely, proactive and accurate manner. Previous experience of working within a reception, customer service or administrative role is beneficial.
This is a temporary role and cover is needed on Friday 24th November, working between the hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm.
Rate of pay is £11.00ph.
There may also be the opportunity for extra shifts during weekdays and weekends on an adhoc basis.

Candidate skills and requirements-
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
- IT literate. Training will be given on company systems.
- Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude
- Must be punctual, reliable and flexible
- Self motivated. Ability to use initiative and prioritise tasks
- Previous receptionist experience or similar would be beneficial
