Overview of the Receptionist / Concierge:

This very well-respected Global Investment & Real Estate Business is looking for a Receptionist / Concierge to help run an exceptional front of house operations for its offices in West London.

This position will be best suited to someone with previous experience as a Receptionist within a professional environment.

Reporting directly to the Head Receptionist the role of the Receptionist is to ensure exceptional front of house operations. The post holder will take responsibility for the reception area, whilst proving a welcoming reception for the business, it visitors and it employees (currently 180 in total).

Receptionist / Concierge Duties:

Be the face of the business, providing a world class customer service to all that you come into contact with i.e. welcoming, greeting, sign-ins and ensuring all guests are dealt with in the very best way possible.

Identify and manage any business/maintenance issues that arise and follow up on progress to ensure a suitable conclusion.

Assist with various administrative tasks (facilities, scanning, filing, post, courier services, booking of meeting rooms etc).

Assist with a variety of client queries and enquiries.

Meeting room management; booking rooms and making any necessary scheduled preparations.

Redirecting post/parcels/invoices to appropriate departments.

This company will on occasions hold events so some flexibility to occasionally support on these functions would be needed in this position.

What’s in your DNA, Experience Needed:

Experience within a similar position i.e. Receptionist, Concierge etc
Knowledge of Excel, Office Word and Outlook.
Excellent customer service experience, you will lead by example and show a genuine passion to provide the best possible service to all you come into contact with.
Good attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Smart and professional personal presentation.
Great organisational skills.

In return, this business will offer an attractive salary and bonus, this is an in-office position across a 40 hour working week, the position will include shift work between 8am-6pm.

This is a permanent position paying up to £35,000 plus benefits
