My client is a well-established law firm with a friendly feel and an excellent reputation for placing their employees first. A new job has become available to join their existing receptionist team. This job is ideal for someone with previous reception experience.

As a receptionist, you will:

  • Working within a team of 3 receptionists
  • Meeting and greeting clients in-person and over telephone
  • Transferring calls to the appropriate departments
  • Setting up and booking meeting rooms
  • Manage the general enquiries mailbox
  • Delivering post to appropriate departments

As a receptionist you will have:

  • You will have experience in a similar reception role
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Calm under pressure
