We are seeking a receptionist, for our client, a long established business in Halesowen.
As receptionist you will be responsible for ensuring a professional corporate image is portrayed to all visitors to the company. You will organise meetings & arrange appropriate refreshments, maintain adequate stationery & catering provisions, make travel reservations, disseminate post & correspondence, plus undertake ad hoc general admin as required.
This role would suit a very well presented, confident, friendly, articulate individual with excellent organizational skills anf good basic IT skills.
