Job Description - Receptionist / Administrator

My client is a leading local law firm with an exceptional reputation for the work it does and also for the care and development of its staff.

They are currently seeking to appoint a new Receptionist / Administrator to their Office Services team. Office Services is where all of the mail, photocopying, binding, scanning and all other general administration tasks for the firm are performed.

The successful Receptionist / Administrator will perform a variety of roles including reception duties, data entry, filing and archive management and distribution of post.

The Receptionist / Administrator role would suit someone with previous, similar experience and who can demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a busy environment. You will also need to posess strong organisational and time management skills, have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
