Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised full-time receptionist to join their busy reception department at their head office in Hull on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a solid base of reception / administration experience along with effective interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to prioritise and a flexible approach to work.
Duties will be varied but include: answering the phone, directing calls, meeting and greeting clients, booking meeting rooms and making client drinks, clearing meeting rooms following meetings, typing reports, letters and emails and maintaining office database systems to facilitate efficient and smooth office functions. Also included are electronic and paper diary updates, and organising meetings.
