A healthcare organisation based in Ellesmere is seeking an experienced receptionist to support them due to long term sick cover
Your new role
Working in a busy, covid secure, medical practice, you will be the first point of contact for incoming patients and telephone queries. Slotting into a team of 6, you will be helping book patients in upon arrival by delivering excellent customer service in a friendly yet efficient manner. Your varied role will include directing telephone queries, data input, administrative support for the practice manager and other ad hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the short term nature of the role. you will be an experienced receptionist that thrives in varied roles! You will pride yourself on your sunny disposition and ability to deliver outstanding customer service! You will have excellent time keeping and be able to work with an ever changing workload. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to have a DBS. You will be available Monday - Friday, 8:15 - 18:00.
What you'll get in return
You will receive full time working hours, Monday to Friday for 1 month with the potential for further circumstances depending. You will receive an hourly rate of £9ph+
