Experienced, bubbly receptionist required for busy distribution company based in Brierley Hill

Duties to include:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Signing visitors in and out
  • Typing orders to suppliers
  • Ordering office supplies and work uniform/PPE
  • Producing invoices
  • Creating manual credit notes
  • Post duties
  • All other admin and reception duties

The right candidate must be experienced in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and accurate typing skills

Hours - Monday to Friday 8.45 - 4.45
Immediate start for the right person
