Temporary Receptionist

Your new company

My client are l are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. Hours of work will be 08.30 - 17.30.

Your new role

You'll be first point of contact for all clients and visitors both face to face and over the telephone. You'll be directing enquiries and transferring calls as required. As part of your new role you will also be answering email enquiries ensuring an efficient and speedy response for clients.

You'll be maintaining the sign in/out book and providing visitor passes as required. As part of your new role you will also be maintaining stationery and ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous reception experience is essential for this position. You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to prioritise tasks in order to manage a busy workload. You'll also need excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. Strong organisational skills are also required for this role.
