A fantastic, growing Liverpool City centre business are currently recruiting for an engaging and Corporate receptionist to join their elite reception team.
The ideal candidate will already have experience of working in a prestigious and corporate fast-paced environment. Main duties will be to create the best first impression, attending to visitors and ensuring they have a smooth transition through to the building to their host.
Other duties will involve answering the telephone in a professional manner, transferring calls as appropriate and dealing with the Royal Mail, DX post and scanning of mail. You will also be required to manage client-meeting rooms and organise conference and video conferencing calls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
" Screen and direct calls in a professional manner
" Take and relay messages
" Provide information to callers
" Direct persons to correct destination
" Collection and return of files
" General administrative and clerical support
" Mange the presentation of the reception area
" Monitor and Tidy Client meeting rooms
" Assist Facilities Department with client and customer requests
" All internal customers
" External visitors
Education and Experience:
" Good general education required
" Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
" Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
" Proven reception experience in a prestigious and corporate environment
" Good verbal and written communication skills
" Professional personal presentation
" Professional and corporate
" Attention to detail
