Our fantastic client are looking for a receptionist to join their busy company. Beautiful offices and friendly team. You will need excellent interpersonal skills, be very customer serviced orientated and have solid IT skills.

  • Duties are as follows:

  • Open and close down the reception area on a daily basis in accordance with company procedure.

  • Ensure that the reception area is kept neat and tidy.

  • Ensure that all calls are answered and dealt with politely and efficiently.

  • Greet all visitors and respond effectively to their enquiries.

  • Ensure relevant paperwork is completed correctly.

  • Book appointments both in person and over the telephone and follow up with relevant administration

  • Take payments and print & file relevant paperwork

  • Maintain an efficient diary system.

  • Manage new referrals, send out relevant correspondence

  • Efficient management of daily emails

  • Other duties as necessary for the efficient operation of the business.

  • Undergo training as may be required to develop your skills and abilities.

Monday to Friday - 08.30- 17.30 - Salary £18900 - lovely company to work for.
