Your new role
To help cover a period of sickness within the reception team, you will be the first point of contact for the organisations customer base, providing a professional and efficient service. Your main responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, meeting and greeting guests, following the sign-in process, as well as taking on some administration duties including opening and allocating mail, scanning and filing, and helping with catering requirements and any other ad hoc administration tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least one years recent receptionist experience within a professional office environment. You will be well-presented and have brilliant customer services skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner. You will be able to manage high workloads, being able to multi-task and prioritise to ensure that the business needs are met. You will have strong IT skills, with efficient and accurate typing skills and ideally an intermediate level of Excel.
