The Job Role:
  • Undertake reception duties including greeting clients
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Manage the switchboard
  • Prepare the evening post for collection and distribute post to colleagues in the office
  • Liaise with other departments and assist with administrative duties
  • Administer the stationary requests through the approved supplier
  • Administrative support to the Chief Executive
Experience / Requirements:
  • Front of house or Reception experience
  • Confident in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
