Change Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Glasgow based client on a temporary basis for approximately 10 to 12 weeks.
Meet, greet and help all visitors in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner
Answer the telephone promptly, clearly introducing the company and ensure efficient transfer of callers
Backup assistance for other teams with document admin (mainly formatting in MS Word).
Essential Skills & Knowledge
Strong customer service experience with effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Competent using Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
Proactive Team Player
The working hours are between Monday to Friday 8.00am - 18.00pm
Rate of pay £8.00 per hour
