***BASED in Mayfair
An Office Receptionist is now required to join a leading global property company. You will be based in the Mayfair office.
My client are looking for an individual that ideally has some previous receptionist experience
*As Office Receptionist, your duties will include:
*Meeting and greeting clients and introducing them to the appropriate person
*Providing efficient and proactive administrative support service to the Sales and Lettings Teams in Mayfair; answering the phone in a professional manner and redirect or take a message efficiently and accurately
*Organising the post and ordering stationary
*General office administration including filing, updating brochure displays, post, brochure mail outs and maintaining a tidy reception area
*Maintain all bookings for both boardrooms either with internal or external meetings
*Manage and book all keys for both sales and lettings including the registering of new keys
*Organising the Saturday Rota
*Processing general office invoices
*Liaising with IT on any technical issues in the office
*Assisting other departments with some aspects of advertising
My client are looking for an Office Receptionist that has an excellent ability to prioritise and organise. It is essential that the right candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written. As Office Receptionist, you will be meeting clients and stakeholders regularly, therefore a professional, presentable, positive and polite attitude to work is required. You must be a true team player and have an ability to cope under pressure. My client are looking for an individual that is dependable and enthusiastic.
