THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist working for a business based in East Birmingham.

This is a permanent role working Monday Friday 37.5 hours per week.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meeting and greeting visitors

Answering the phones and putting through to relevant departments

Dealing with all incoming and out going post

Handling petty cash

Looking after the reception in box

Supporting the administration manager

Assisting with deliveries

Showing potential residents and their families around the home

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

In order to be considered you must have a minimum of 2 years reception experience and be computer literate on all Microsoft Office. It would be a benefit that you have worked within a care home before but this is not essential.
