You will be responsible for dealing with internal and external customers over the phone as well as in person and will also be expected to process the associated administration resulting from these connections.
-Meeting and greeting clients
-Keeping the reception area tidy
-Answering and forwarding phone calls
-Screening phone calls
-Sorting and distributing post
-Providing administrative support to the executive support team
You will need to have great people skills and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times. Additionally you will be:
-Friendly and polite (manners cost nothing after all)
-Able to deal with difficult clients or customers (not everyone knows the manners rule)
-Good with computer systems
-Have polished communication skills
Ideally you will have worked as a receptionist or administrative support within a corporate environment previously.
