Temporary Receptionist - to cover holiday - York area
Your new company
You will be working for a luxury travel company who are based just outside of the York centre. They need a receptionist to cover holiday. It will include a small hand over.
Your new role
Your role will include;
- Meet & greet of visitors coming in
- Signing them in & issuing parking permits
- Answering telephone calls & email correspondence
- Booking meeting rooms
- Filing, scanning & photocopying
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need have excellent customer service skills including face to face and over the phone. You must be well presented and personable. You will have good knowledge on MS Word, Outlook & Excel.
What you'll get in return
In return you will get paid weekly providing you get your timesheet in on time. You will get dedicated consultant who will assist you throughout the full recruitment process and will keep in touch throughout the assignment to ensure that everything is going well.
