Hours: Full Time
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000
Working on behalf of one of our clients based in the centre of Coventry, we are currently recruiting for a Receptionist with responsibility for the smooth running of a high quality managed office space.
" Responsible for the smooth running and appearance of the business centre.
" Management of reception services, including signing in of visitors, management of deliveries, telephone answering, receiving and sorting post, faxes and emails, etc.
" Co-ordinate the Conference and meeting rooms, to include: bookings, set-up, catering and refreshments.
" Support the overflow switchboard operation.
" General administration duties when required.
" Assist with Sales enquiries and viewings. Preparing sales packs.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
" Previous office experience either within an administrative/customer service role.
" Excellent communication skills; friendly and professional approach.
" Good IT skills.
" A keen interest in customer service
