Our client a Property Developers located in the heart of the City of London in beautiful modern offices are seeking due a flexible, bright, eager candidate who can manage a small reception which will include 3 meeting rooms. To ensure all visitors are welcomed, prepare meeting rooms, maintain stationery supplies and provide general support where required. There will be an opportunity to develop with other duties including travel, accommodation, diary management , scheduling of meetings.
This is a fabulous opportunity for possibly someone who has changed their mind re university or who has had some basic office skills who is willing to learn. A strong work ethic, eagerness and reliability will be essential. Word and Excel skills. Modern surroundings with a sociable working environment.
