Temporary Receptionist

Central Cambridge

Start Date - ASAP

I am currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the technology industry who are seeking a receptionist to join their small and friendly team. This is Temporary role to cover employee holiday and is looking to start ASAP for approximately 2 weeks.

As Receptionist, your main duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Greeting customers and clients when visiting the client

  • Dealing with queries via telephone and email

  • Setting up the meeting room

  • Administration duties including filing, booking meetings and forwarding calls to relevant employee’s

Our client is seeking a Receptionist with previous experience working in a similar role. The following skill set is also essential;

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook

  • The ability to hit the ground running and work efficiently in a stand alone role
