A professional services firm are looking for a full time Receptionist.

The successful candidate will be professional in conduct and appearance, be able to work on their own initiative be punctual and an effective team member.

Responsibilities include: -

·First point of contact for visitors, greeting clients and signing them in.
·Ensuring the Reception area is kept tidy.
·Answering calls and directing as necessary.
·Overseeing and booking meeting rooms.
·Receiving deliveries and distributing accordingly.
·Providing refreshments if required.

As well as being the first point of contact you will also support the team with administration duties.
·Preparing draft letters
·Opening new files
·Dealing with certificates and legal documentation
·Provide estimates
·Photocopying & Filing

You will take ownership of the reception area and office and be proactive in your daily tasks.
