aspire cambridge are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our client who is a well established hotel in Cambridgeshire.
You'll be required to;
manage booking enquiries over the telephone and face to face from customers
ensure the booking process runs smoothly
re-arranging bookings and dealing with cancellations
processing payments when customers come to the hotel
maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity during the booking process
directing calls to various bodies within the business
booking taxis for customers
Hours: Shifts to include weekends and a mixture of late and early starts
