• Answer calls politely, quickly and efficiently using switchboard
    • First point of contact. Meet and greet candidates and clients and taking them into the required meeting rooms
    • Serving each candidate and client with drinks
    • Screening candidates to ensure details are passed to the correct consultant
    • Keeping the reception areas clean and tidy at all times
    • Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers
    • Assisting with setting up meetings
    • Assisting with coordinating in-house events and schedules
    • Responsible for meeting room bookings and maintaining the meeting room diary
    • Responsible for the maintenance of 5 meeting rooms
    • Occasionally catering for company breakfasts and lunches for Board meetings / Client meetings.
    • Ordering and daily distributing of food supplies and post to around 150 people
    • Responsible for ensuring all outbound post is sent on time
    • General admin filing, faxing and photocopying.
    • Manage all aspects of facilities health & safety and compliance
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with all suppliers
    • Reviewing all facilities invoices prior to authorisation
    • Risk assessments as and required
    • Arranging for external contractors to complete work as required
    • Recording accidents and liaising with HSE and when required
    • Providing general admin support to the brands when reception is quiet.
