Our client, an international leader is looking for a part time receptionist. As well as reception duties there will also be some adhoc HR duties.
Your new role
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, signing in guests and handling all inbound and outbound phone calls as well as setting up meeting rooms.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to effectively communicate with others and be able to juggle several tasks at once. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Hours are 8.30am to 1pm Monday to Friday.
