Key Resposibilities

  • Experience within a serviced office environment essential
  • Provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction to clients and visitors
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Manage the meeting room diary, incoming and outgoing post, courier and maintain good record
  • keeping of chargeable services to accurately log into Centre Charge
  • Prepare monthly service charge billing
  • Carry out administrative duties for clients as required which may include photocopying, faxing,
    scanning, laminating
  • Resolve and manage day-to-day enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Develop good knowledge of the systems and equipment available to include setting up of IT and
    telecoms, troubleshooting and fault finding
  • Co-ordinate and respond to immediate facilities issues (where applicable) as they arise,
    communicate with clients if any works is going to affect them
  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Manager as well as weekly reporting.

Skills and experience required

  • The successful candidate will be highly computer literate well-organised and committed to high
    quality service delivery
  • Be confident and empowered to take ownership of any challenges, investigate and where possible
    provide a solution to resolve the problems.
  • Efficient, organised, able to prioritise workload and work on their own initiative
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal and ability to communicate confidently
