12 month Temp Assignment
Currently recruiting for a switched-on Receptionist to work for a boutique, International Investment firm, who have been established for over 25 years.
Based in their modern City offices, this assignment will be a 12 month temp role to start ASAP, so you will therefore need to be immediately available.
You'll be providing front of house receptionist duties as well as general hospitality responsibilities:
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them via the switchboard system
*Sorting refreshments in meetings
*General maintenance of the reception desk
*Booking taxis and couriers
*Processing stationery and catering orders
*Sorting and distributing the post
*Filling, scanning, printing and binding
This organisation really looks after their staff - they are very supportive and create a warm, professional working environment; in which you'll really feel part of a team.
You should be bright and confident in liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.
You should also have good IT skills and high attention to detail, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Previous Reception experience is essential.
