Job title: Receptionist
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 - Depending on Experience + 5% Annual Bonus
Location: Wimbledon

Evolve Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Front of House Manager to be the first point of contact for clients, employees, suppliers and visitors alike. It is essential for the Front of House Manager to provide excellent first impressions and customer service. You will be responsible for a wide array of tasks that improve our visitors' and employees' experience of the company, both over the phone and in person. You will be interacting with anyone from the CEO to junior employees.

Key Responsibilities:

·The Front of House Manager will be receiving visitors into the office, making sure they sign the visitor register and receive a visitor pass, offering them refreshments and making them feel welcome
·Processing all incoming post
·Keeping the reception and meeting rooms tidy at all times throughout the entire day whilst preparing the meeting rooms for each scheduled meeting
·Responsible for keeping the store rooms neat, tidy and accessible at all times
·Liaising with the maintenance team resolving any potential issues with the certain areas
·Setting up and providing refreshments for all breakfast and lunch meetings as well as training sessions when required
·As Front of House Manager, you will be keeping an up-to-date diary management system for all of the meeting rooms and efficiently dealing with any overlaps or issues by notifying the meeting organisers, arranging alternative solutions
·As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for stock ordering of all stationery, cleaning and catering supplies, keeping an eye on stock checks and liaising with the other departments for approval on any changes that may affect budget control or contract terms
·Keeping track of all Company Birthdays, add new employees onto this and make sure all cards are bought, signed and distributed on time. You will also work on all group social events, continuously arranging group events including Christmas parties and ensuring they run smoothly
·Assisting the Maintenance team when required
