Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join there existing team for Maternity cover of approximately 16 weeks but could be extended longer.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 8.30am-5.00pm with 1 hour lunch.
Main duties include:
- Booking of meeting rooms
- General reception duties
- Meeting and greeting of visitors
- Administration duties
- Use of Microsoft packages inclusive of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Diary Management
- Use of Switchboard
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
