A fantastic opportunity for a professional and experienced Receptionist to join a forward thinking, dynamic legal firm in Leeds city centre (excellent salary + benefits). Based in superb modern offices with excellent access to public transport, you will work as part of a focused and friendly team. The role will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Managing and coordinating a meeting room booking system including setting up and co-ordinating the meeting rooms.
  • Answering the phone and dealing with the switchboard
  • Managing and coordinating client hospitality and catering
  • General administration duties

Previous Receptionist experience is required for this role ideally within a professional office environment, however legal experience is not essential. The ideal candidate will be professionally presented, personable and flexible.
