Full time Receptionists for a high profile, innovative private healthcare practice with clinics in the City and West end.

Hours: Split shifts 7am- 3pm and 12pm - 8pm

The front of house team are the first point of contact for visitors, patients and consultants, they offer a five star hospitality service and require confident, articulate and professional individuals to provide that service.Ideally would like reception experience within the medical industry but very flexible at this stage.

The role covers:

  • Meet and greet to patients, visitors and consultants - ensuring the patient experience is second to none

  • Making appointments for further visits, x-rays, MRI’s

  • Liaise with diagnostic and nursing staff

  • Settling accounts, taking payments

  • Dealing with insurance queries

  • Support Consultants with any day to day requirements

  • Prepare consulting rooms prior to clinic

Their requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Confident, front facing manner

  • Patient, courteous and professional demeanour

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Computer literate and numerate

  • Cope with pressure

  • Team player and smart presentation
